Ministry

I am a doctor and working for ten years now in the kingdom . We recently introduce a system of electronicall storing all informations of the patient ( diagnosis, chief complaint, treatment procedures) in our Dentrix System aside from having them written in patients files. This proves doubly tiring. Could we just then use our system of recording them electronically in our computers and go paperless? Is this allowed by the ministry of health not to use files anymore. Your reply is very highlt appreciated.
