If you found out your doctor was a Christian, would you let him treat you?
The Bible states that illnesses are caused by demonic possession. Jesus spent much of his ministry healing the sick by driving demons out of them. He accomplished this either by laying his hands upon the sick person, or rubbing his spit on them.
Would you feel comfortable being treated by a doctor who believes in this kind of stuff?
Jennifer, I will accept your apology after you read the following:
Matthew – 9:32-33, 10:1, 12:22, 17:15,
Mark – 5:34, 9:17, 9:25-26
Luke – 9:39, 11:14, 13:11-16
John – 5:4, 5:14
Jesus cures blindness with his spit: Mark 8:22-25, John 9:1-6
Jennifer – you claim that my statement that "killing nonbelievers is a major part of the dogma of most religions" is crazy???? Do you seriously expect any of us to believe that you have never heard of the concept of Heaven & Hell????? Hell – the place where non-believers suffer spiritual death. Heaven – the place where believers live for eternity.
Jennifer- you are either pretending to be ignorant of these concepts, or you are a troll trying to discredit honest religious people. Please do a little homework next time.
BTW – rubbing your spit in someone’s eye can probably spread germs
Most christians have never read the bible, it doesnt make me particularly uncomfortable.

>>>The Bible states that illnesses are caused by demonic possession. <<<
Where?
Chapter and verse, please. Where does it say that all illness is caused by demonic possession?
Of course, you are the same person who asserted, in an answer to another question, "A major part of the dogma of most religions is the killing of all non-believers."
I just went through the Catechism of the Catholic Church (my religion) and I found absolutely nothing in there saying that one of my duties as a Catholic was to kill anybody.
So, you have asserted that the Bible attributes all illnesses to demons — and you have asserted that killing nonbelievers is "a major part of the dogma of most religions."
No offense, my friend, but with the above two claims in mind, a person would have to be crazy to believe anything you say. And I’m being kind when I say that.
