Xtians (non-Catholics): How would you respond if your child expressed a desire to enter the ministry?

Would your response be any different if the ministry he was referring to was of a denomination other than your own.

I would support my son or daughter in whatever they would do. Although, as a Catholic, I would be all questioning if they became a "pastor". I would say WTF. I would ask them if they were Anglican because their mom wanted a divorce. LOL.
